The GOP has a wonderful tool to use in defeating Obama in 2012.  It is the unruly crowd called the Occupy Wall Street Movement. It is a gift to the GOP on a silver platter… if they have the common sense to use it.

Obama is creeping ever closer to supporting the out and out socialist/communist/ nazi/labor union movement.  He can’t help himself.  Obama and the modern Democratic Party are drawn to the unruly rabble as moths to a flame.  Why?  They believe the anarchic socialist/communist philosophy espoused by the raucous rabble littering America’s streets with their socialist utopian ideology.

Middle America views the antics of those useful idiots as disruptive, distasteful, and a clear and present danger to America’s security.

We have warned many times of the Democratic Party’s embrace of socialism and yes, even communism. Now it is on display for the world to see.

America is under attack… from inside. It has been a dream of the socialist/communist parties to destroy American capitalism and they now believe that THIS is the time. There is a weak American President who supports their philosophy and, they feel Americans are mentally prepared to toss aside capitalism, which built this nation into the most prosperous and powerful nation on the globe, and replace it with a system of government that will most certainly destroy America in record time. They want a socialist/communist government in America and THAT’S what all the infantile empty-headed antics in the streets of America is all about.

The Socialist Party is VERY deeply invested on the Occupy Wall Street movement.  They are asking their supporters to stand with protesters, listing events and times in various cities. (SOURCE)  In a statement on their website they say the following: “The Socialist Party USA supports the mobilizations to occupy Wall St. in New York and various cities across the US and encourages our locals to take part in these actions.”  Then there is a listing of the various protest locations.  You really need to read this site for yourself to grasp the depth of the Socialist Party involvement in the Occupy Wall Street movement.  You will find it HERE.

Socialism is a condition that is terminal to any nation -- and America is no exception.

The GOP has a grand opportunity to show the Occupy Wall Street movement up for what it is – a wanna-be Bolshevik Revolution such that in Russia in 1917 by what became know as the Russian Communist Party.

As time goes on the connections between the Democratic Party, the Obama White House, and the Occupy Wall Street movement will become very clear.

If the GOP has the sense God gave a gnat they will use that evidence and irrefutably expose Obama for the socialist he really is and his socialist/communist agenda for America. It is an agenda America cannot survive.

In an article titled at Townhall.com entitled “Our Big Mistake,” Cal Thomas says: “The liberal wing of the Democratic Party is dismantling the America we have known and loved and transforming it into something it has never been: a socialist state. If we let them do it, there will be no forgiveness, no excuse, and no going back. And our shame will be an indelible stain for which future generations will judge us.” (SOURCE)

How RIGHT he is! Mr. Thomas is pointing something out, to his readers, which we warned of, long and loud, during the presidential campaign of 2008. We did not SUGGEST this would happen, we told you, flat out, that if WOULD happen, not because we are so darned smart, but because history has taught us that you cannot place men like Obama in power and NOT expect them to assume dictatorial powers even if that means fundamentally transforming the country into a socialist dung heap in order to secure that power unto themselves. But, then again, it was not only we who predicted this, it was Obama, himself, who promised “fundamental change” in America.

Well, America elected Obama and as the bumper sticker asks: “How’s that hopey/changey thingy working out for you, huh?” I’d have to answer as the old farm boy that I am: “Not too goooood!” The fact of the matter is – it is an unmitigated disaster!

Mr. Thomas goes on to say: The taxing and regulating has only just begun. The Obama people are not intrinsically evil. Like someone caught up in a cult, they sincerely believe in the fiction they are peddling: more taxes will produce a healthier economy; the record debt is not a problem; more regulation will result in banks and big businesses operating ethically and for the greater good of their customers and the country; nationalized health care will mean better care for the sick; unrestricted abortion and same-sex marriage are fine; unenforced immigration laws are good because Democrats need to import votes and Republicans want cheap labor.” (SOURCE)
I have a slight disagreement with Mr. Thomas here. The people of the Obama Regime may not be intrinsically evil, but, taken as a whole, I am very afraid that, collectively, they have become evil.

The country is broke and Obama and his socialist cronies with their socialist/marxist agenda for America are making it “broker.” America is so deep in a financial hole it will literally take generations to get out -- IF we are fortunate enough to survive, as a constitutional republic, far enough into the future to make survival as a single fifty-state nation worthwhile. THAT is a BIG if!

Now we know we were lied to about Obamacare. We were lied to about taxes. We were lied to about federally funded abortions under ObamaCare -- and that just scratches the surface of the parade of lies marching in lock step out of the Obama White House. And, as singer Al Jolson used to say: “You ain’t seen nothing yet!”

Consider the following items on the Obama/democrat/socialist/marxist/progressive agenda:

Plans for OPEN BORDERS, plans for a ONE-WORLD FOREIGN POLICY, plans to LEGALIZE DRUGS, plans legalize EUTHANASIA, plans to DE CONSTRUCT THE MORAL VALUE AND ATTITUDES OF AMERICA and THE WESTERN WORLD, plans to push PROGRESSIVE IDEOLOGY OF RIGHTS AND ENTITLEMENTS, plans for the “get richer” scheme for America’s elite -- referred to as the CAP AND TRADE SYSTEM, and more, much more.

Just consider the Democratic Party today. Some say socialists have HIJACKED THE DEMOCRAT PARTY, AND NOW they OWN IT LOCK, STOCK and BARREL. (I’m not entirely sure the Democratic Party WAS hi-jacked by the socialists. I tend to lean toward what I believe is closer to the truth -- and that is that the Democratic Party found it had much more in common with the socialists than it did with democratic Americans and, therefore, simply embraced the socialist agenda and made it theirs. The handful of true democrats remaining in that political party are sick at heart over what has happened to their political party. But, again, if history tells us anything -- it is that the Democratic Party is lost, forever, to socialism/Marxism.
Republicans should not become complacent, for the same socialist movement is creeping into the GOP’s fold and will, if not ruthlessly stamped out, consume them, as well.

Shortly after the Obama Regime took power in the US we speculated as to whom, exactly, was running the Obama Regime. Many of us, with the same question, came to refer to this behind the scenes puppeteer as the Shadow Government. It was quickly apparent to practiced observers of American politics that someone was pulling Obama’s strings and had been for a very long time.
For a young man to come out of near obscurity, with a shadowy history, to suddenly appear in the limelight and gather such a following does not just happen. It is carefully, meticulously, planned over years. Obama is that man.

Obama, with seeming messianic powers, became a fatal attraction for millions of American who bought his promises and fell in behind him as the children of Hamelin did the Pied Piper. The results are turning out to be very much alike.

Obama is America’s Big Mistake. It may yet be a fatal mistake.

This November, in the Mid-Term Election, Americans have a chance to blunt the power of Obama and the man, or men, behind him, the puppeteer, sometimes referred to as the shadow government. In order to do so conservatives must vote in record numbers against the democratic candidates and GOP candidates who have shown any inclination toward supporting Obama’s socialist/marxist agenda. We must regain control of at least one house of the Congress.

As to the title for this column – SNAFU is an old military acronym. It stands for “Situation Normal – All ****** Up! America normally is, shall we say, “messed” up. But that is the hallmark of a democratic nation. Believe me, it would have been much worse had our forefather not chosen to create a constitutional “representative” republic for the people of this country.

When Obama and his minions took control of the US government “SNAFU” was the order of the day. Within eighteen months, or so, the Obama Regime has managed to take America from “SNAFU” to “FUBAR,” which means “****** up Beyond All Recognition.” I suspect that is why so many Americans do not recognize their country anymore.

At its annual meeting, this year in Kansas City, the NAACP passed a resolution, which condemned the conservative Tea Party Movement as “Racist.” It is, of course, total “Bovine Scatology.” But it is not surprising.

The Tea Party is a true “grassroots” American conservative movement born out of the frustration of the citizens of America with an ever growing, leftist, socialist/marxist/progressive-leaning government which has grown ever more non-responsive to the wishes and desires of its constituents – and -- has shown a penchant for passing laws the majority of its citizens do not want – ie – ObamaCare.

"We take no issue with the Tea Party. We believe in freedom of assembly and people raising their voices in a democracy," Ben Jealous, president and CEO of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, said in a statement.
"We take issue with the Tea Party's continued tolerance for bigotry and bigoted statements. The time has come for them to accept the responsibility that comes with influence and make clear there is no space for racism and anti-Semitism and other forms of bigotry in their movement," Jealous said. Speaking to the Cable News Network (CNN) Mark Williams, national spokesman of the Tea Party Express said the following: "I am disinclined to take lectures on racial sensitivity from a group that insists on calling black people, 'Colored,' “ Mr. Williams went on to say: "The Tea Party [movement] is about the constitution of this country...[and] ensuring equality for each and every individual human being." If one did not know it, one would think an election approaches -- an election in which the NAACP’s favorite political party stands to lose and lose BIG!

For months we have warned that conservatives cannot take for granted, at any level, that a huge win in November is assured. We warned, repeatedly, the Democratic Party/socialists would have their minions going to the polls in waves to dilute the conservative vote and, as a result, secure the reins of power for the Democratic Party, which, nowadays, is, itself, a socialist party. WE have just seen the overt beginnings of that wave of democratic/socialist voters.

In the weeks leading up to the November vote, we will see more and more such gestures designed to inflame the democratic/socialist masses in America. They are frightened witless that the Obama Regime may be successfully boxed-in and rendered impotent by conservatives in the Mid-Term Election.

They have good reason to fear because the conservative movement in America rightly understands that is their only option at this point. If the conservatives can take away just one of the Houses of Congress from the power hungry grasp of the democrats they can leave the Obama Regime, more or less, powerless so far as the passage of more of their socialist agenda.

Even if conservatives are successful in limiting Obama’s legislative power in November, his use of Presidential Executive Orders is still open to him and, as he has shown so far in his regime, we WILL use it.

If, as many Americans believe F.D.R was an American dictator, them Obama is surely a demigod.
Unfortunately, a spawn of a thuggish Chicago political machine, with an obvious narcissistic ailment, holding the reins of power in a country filled with a population as stubborn, willful, energetic, and still in love with freedom, should have never happened. But it did. It is an anomaly, to say the least. To say it is a dangerous anomaly may, in fact, be an understatement.

When Americans sense a risk to their freedom, they tend to rise up and crush that which dares offer the threat. They prefer to do so at the polling places with the ballot. Sterner measures are reserved, nevertheless, for those threats mere ballots cannot erase.

Not since the Lincoln Administration has America experienced a government as out of control as the Obama Regime. Americans north, south, east, and west have had enough. As a result, the Tea Party was born. Americans have banded together to resist what they rightly discern as a threat to their freedom.

The Tea Party Movement is not about race – Obama’s race, or anyone else’s race. It is about freedom and the continued existence of our constitutional republic. It is Americans resisting what they perceive as the threat of tyranny. America was born as the result of resistance to tyranny. It has survived nearly 2-1/2 centuries resisting tyranny, and, god willing, it will continue to survive as long as Americans, like those in the Tea Party movement, take a stand and say “enough” whenever they perceive a threat to the freedom and liberty of the people of the United States of America.

I WISH I had said it, but I did not. I mean the catchy phrase in the title of this piece. I heard a comedian use it recently and I thought then that it captures the condition America finds itself in today will illegal aliens from Mexico flooding into our country from across an unsecured, wide-open border between Mexico and the US.

Honestly, I don’t think the US government actually knows how many illegals we have living in the US. They keep tossing out the number of 12 million, or so. Well, that was the number used many years ago. Common sense dictates that there is many more than 12 million illegal aliens in the US today – if -- that number was correct when it was first used years ago.

Now The Obama Regime wants Congress to pass Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill. Yep! It’s the same song, third verse. When one translates the title of the bill into non-politically correct English one finds that it means AMNESTY!

Look, all Obama’s Comprehensive Immigration Reform will do is guarantee even more illegal aliens will come running across that border headed north into America. Why? Because they will have deduced that all they have to do is be INSIDE America when the NEXT AMNESTY is declared. And they are right!

America does not need a Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill. American simply needs to enforce its own immigration laws! As the state of Arizona is proving, enforcement of the law will lead to voluntary immigration southward -- back into Mexico and beyond.

The plain truth is – America’s borders will be secured the minute the US Government wants them secured and not before. That’s the problem. The government does not want the borders secured. In fact, just the opposite is true.

We have a government of Globalists, I am afraid. They are the folks who don’t believe in borders – at all. They are hard at work pushing world wide-open borders. See, they NEED open borders, or no borders at all, in order to realize their ultimate goal of global governance.

The end game is worldwide socialism. Marxists-Leninists have been preaching for years that America can be brought to heel and capitalism smothered to death through immigration. The idea is to flood capitalist/industrialized nations, such as the US, with low skilled, under educated, poverty strickened masses of immigrants, and use them as a tool to create civil unrest and eventually bring down capitalism and crush the constitutional republic of the US and replace it with socialism/communism.

Somehow, the Democratic Party in the US forged far ahead of the Globalists by installing a socialist government in America’s national legislature and in the office of the President.

Well, Americans have had a taste of socialism, thanks to the democrats, and, for the most part, they are sick of the incremental imposition of socialist slavery and want to be done with it by purging the Congress of as many Socialist/Globalists, Marxists, Maoists, Progressives, and as many pitiful guilt-ridden liberals as we possibly can in November.

Oh, and while we are at it, we need to search out those laboring, sub-rosa, for a North American Union and get rid of them as well.

Months ago we warned that Obama’s Socialist government would be coming after the American workers/retiree’s savings. We warned that our new “collectivists” government was going to seek some way of looting America’s retirement funds and simply taking that money for America’s new socialist government to use towards payment of the humongous debt the Obama Regime has run up with their host of socialist/marxist’ programs… including ObamaCare.

Many of you thought it was a stretch, and you didn’t believe us because, well, it was just TOO difficult to believe that your government, an AMERICAN government, would do that to it’s citizens.

What you didn’t take into account was… the Obama Regime is a SOCIALIST Regime! America is now a SOCIALIST COUNTRY!

We warmed you about ALL of this long before the election in 2008 and the majority of American voters either refused to believe they were voting for a socialist, or WANTED TO VOTE FOR A SOCIALIST! Either way, America wound up with a socialist government having already elected a socialist majority to run the US Senate and the US House of Representatives in 2006.

Well, dear American Electorate, you got what you voted for: Change – change from a constitutional republic and a capitalist economic system to a socialist/marxist government and a faltering capitalist economy headed for the doldrums because it cannot operate efficiently with overbearing government oversight and intrusion.

Wall street’s seeming resuscitation is momentary. Conservative pundits have been telling you for months to expect this uptick in the economy – before it nosedives again.

None of this comes as a surprise to us. We TOLD you it would happen. And now it has.

Now comes even more confirmation of our predictions concerning the government confiscation of your pension.

From Investor’s Business Dailey comes this: “Government Retirement: Democrats have obliquely admitted they covet Americans' pensions. Last week, congressional Republicans told them to stay away. The shame is that they had to do anything at all.

The first rumblings were heard in the 1990s, when Democrats were said to be coming after our retirement accounts. Back then, the warnings were easy to pass off as hyperbole or a cranky conspiracy theory. Today, they pass as prescient.

In January, Bloomberg reported the "U.S. Treasury and Labor Departments will ask for public comment as soon as next week on ways to promote the conversion of 401(k) savings and individual retirement accounts into annuities or other steady payment streams, according to Assistant Labor Secretary Phyllis C. Borzi and Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary Mark Iwry."
Alarms went off. In February, former House Speaker New Gingrich and policy analyst Peter Ferrara warned in our "On The Right" column that "Washington is developing plans for your retirement savings."

"The idea," they said, "is for the government to take your retirement savings in return for a promise to pay you some monthly benefit in your retirement years.

"They will tell you that you are 'investing' your money. ... But they will use your money immediately to pay for their unprecedented trillion-dollar budget deficits, leaving nothing to back up their political promises, just as they have raided the Social Security trust funds."

In the same article IBD reports the following: “Last week, Connie Hair wrote the following in Human Events about the Annual Report of the White House Task Force on the Middle Class released in February:

"The radical solution most favored by Big Labor is the seizure of private 401(k) plans for government disbursement — which lets them off the hook for their collapsing retirement scheme. And, of course, the Obama administration is eager to accommodate their buddies." (Read the entire article HERE.)

It IS coming – unless we stop them. The American socialist government IS going to redistribute America’s wealth. They are going to take it from those who worked their butts off to earn it and they are going to give it to those who did not -- for whatever reason. That is what socialists do. That is how socialists gain and maintain their power.

Someone once said: “When you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can always count on the support of Paul!” That is gospel truth, dear reader! The recipients of the seeming government largesse will go to the polls in tidal waves to protect their source of sustenance.

This coming November, if we want to save America and return her to a constitutional republic as the founders intended, we cannot sit on our butts and expect others to do the job for us. Because, dear reader, we are simply outnumbered. And -- if Amnesty For Illegal Aliens (Immigration Reform) is passed into law -- we will be even more outnumbered as they trample over each other to get to the polls to vote for those who made them citizens -- even though they are lawbreakers.

Look around you fellow Americans! Look at the cesspool America has become since the Obama Regime took office. Look back as far as the election of 2006 when the socialists were chosen to rule the Congress. There is clearly a red line drawn across the recent history of America that only a blind fool cannot see!

We must save America from the socialist menace. We owe it to the millions of Americans who have gone before us and given their lives to preserve the constitutional republic of our Founders. We owe it to our children and our grandchildren to hand an America, at least as good as the one we inherited from our parents, on to them.

Just as surely as Germany made a national mistake, which led to their destruction in the Second World War, we Americans have made a huge national mistake, which is leading us straight down the path to destruction. But, unlike the Germans, we have the power to correct that mistake -- if we move quickly. If we do not take advantage of the moment, we will soon find ourselves as helpless as the Germans of the last century and we, too, shall be destroyed.

Remember in November. We must rid ourselves of the albatross of an American Socialist Government hanging so heavily around our necks and purge our Congress of the Socialists, and Progressives, and Marxists now in power.

We have one chance at this – one chance to make this right. We must not fail.

Winston Churchill said: “Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.” In these few words Churchill summed up for us exactly what Obama and the Democratic Party of America are ramming down the throats of the citizens of the United States today.

We watched over the years as the US Democratic Party adopted more and more of the Marxist agenda and slowly transformed themselves from a freedom loving political party to a Socialist/Marxist party. I first became aware of this transformation in the 1960’s. Since then I have watched as the Democratic Party has slowly shed it’s façade until they now proudly proclaim their socialist agenda.

I understand that many Americans STILL have no idea what socialism is and, unfortunately, they have even less understanding of capitalism. At least two generations of Americans have been taught in the government indoctrination centers, we laughingly refer to as the Public School System, and in our institutions of higher learning, that being liberal, being progressive, is the accepted norm for Americans. They bought it. Apparently, nobody told them that words like “liberal” and “progressive” were cover words for “collectivism,” “socialism”, and “communism”.

Well, I have news for you. Socialism is not “American” by any stretch of the imagination. If fact, it is anti-American.

How was this deception introduced into American government? It was a Democrat President by the name of Franklin Delano Roosevelt who introduced socialism to America and embedded it in our government. He said: "Here is my principle: Taxes shall be levied according to ability to pay. That is the only American principle." --Franklin D. Roosevelt .

American, my Aunt Fanny! That’s PURE socialism!

Thomas Jefferson said: "To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it."

Now, THAT is American!

We have warned of socialist Incrementalism time and time again. We have warned that Incrementalism was being used to advance the socialist agenda in America -- only to be slapped down again and again by left-wingers.

Let’s see what Nikita Khrushchev, former premier of the Soviet Union had to say about America and socialism. Mr. Khrushchev said: “We can’t expect the American people to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have Communism.”

Aha! So, there WAS a conspiracy! So, let’s look a bit farther. Mr. Norman Thomas, a former Socialist Party Presidential Candidate said: “The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

Well, SOME of us know how it happened. Heck we literally SCREAMED at America that it WAS happening.

So, now that America is Socialist, what do freedom loving Americans do about it? We PURGE or government of as many socialists as we can including those who hide behind titles such as “Liberal,” Progressive,” and, yes, Democrat.”

We do it at the polls this coming November and in November of 2012. The only other option is just too horrible to consider. I am convinced that unless we rescue America from the clutches of the Socialists, Marxists, Progressives, and Communists, America, as we know it today -- a country consisting of 50 united states -- will cease to exist as a 50 state entity in less than two decades. The anger and rage you see publicly demonstrated today is just the tip of the Iceberg. It runs much, much, deeper.

America has been hi-jacked and she must be rescued for the sake of freedom.

America’s new Socialist Congress is flexing its Stalinist muscles and scooping up the leadership of a number of America’s business giants and forcing them to Washington to an inquisition, which is designed to do two things. One: To make an example of these chosen corporations -- and two: To put the fear of God -- well, allow me rephrase that – to put the fear of the new Soviet-style socialist government into all Americans. The message is: keep your mouth shut and do not question the Obama Regime’s socialist machinations or those of the socialist/democrat congress.

There is a funny; sort of bittersweet, story, which demonstrates what our new socialist Congress, and the Obama Regime, is doing in America today. It is said that once, in the old Soviet Socialist Russia, the Chairman was delivering a speech in Red Square. He was expounding upon the benefits of socialism and how all the soviet peoples were benefiting from it and how even more benefits were in the pipeline to make the lives better for the proletariat.

The Chairman was really getting “into” his speech and had become wound-up in his zeal and began ticking off the many things that the socialist system would provide for “the workers.” At one point the Chairmen said: “Every single soviet family will have a washing machine! If you don’t have a washing machine, let me know, and it will be taken care of!”

A hand shot up near the back of the crowd, The Chairman stopped his rant and pointing to the man with his hand up said: “Yes? What is your name?”

The man answered: “Ivan.”

The Chairman said: “Please continue, Ivan.”

Ivan said: “I have no washing machine.”

The Chairman blustering said: “Why, this is unforgivable.“ Turning to one of his aids he instructed him to take that man’s name so this situation could be rectified.

The next week there was another speech in Red Square and the Chairman was holding forth with the benefits of socialism to the soviet peoples when a hand, near the back of the crowd, shot up. The chairman stopped and pointed to the would be questioner and said, “Yes, what is your question?” Whereupon the man asked: ”Where is Ivan?”

Back in the 1960s it was said this story originated in the Soviet Union, itself. In any event, it is told to demonstrate just how easily such problems are handled when you have a strong central government such as that of the old Socialist Soviet Union, and the one just coming on-line in America today.

The hearings in Washington are being called an “Inquisition” and even a “Show Trial” much as those show trials once held in the “Soviet Union.” Some commentators have said these hearings are the first of the democrats’ “Death Panels.”

Whatever they are, in my opinion, they are right out of the old Socialist Soviet Union’s playbook and Joe Stalin would have been ever so proud!

None of this was unexpected… at least by those of us who have made even a cursory study of world history. I have said often in the past that we have seen this all before – and we have. Back in the 1950s the US Army trained me and my fellow US Army grunts to go to war against socialism and defeat it because it was, in those days, recognized for what it is, the “Killer of Nations.”

It was also understood that socialism was the precursor to full-fledged communism.

As I watched the Obama presidential campaign and it became ever clearer, as the days passed, that he was a full-fledged socialist and, quite likely, a Marxist, as well. We have known for some time that the Democratic Party, long ago, adopted the platform of the Socialist Party. The democrats then claimed it as their own platform. It was clear that if Obama was elected his “socialist assets” were already in place in the US Congress. America was poised for a complete socialist take-over of the entire US Government.

Well, you kow how it played out and the socialist take-over of the US government is now a fait accompli. If even a smidgen of doubt remains, all you have to do is observe the way Obama governs and the way the democrats in Congress govern… I mean with Executive Orders and Czars, plus threats, bribes, show-trials, inquisitions, and out and out thuggery. These are Stalinist Tactics, plain and simple, and they are very effective in bringing a frightened people to heel. It is also extremely effective in manipulating the masses of people, who are “wards of the government,” who depend upon the “government dole” for their continued existence. The New American Socialism as practiced by Obama and the socialist/democrats in the Congress can certainly count on their support no matter how Machiavellian -- no matter how Stalinist -- their behavior becomes.



As I continue to observe socialism at work in Washington, I have concluded the Mainstream Media in America is already government controlled. How else can one explain their total subjection to the New Socialism in Washington? They have completely tossed a side their primary duty, which is to act as a watchdog for the American people, keeping a close eye on the US government and reporting honestly, accurately, and fairly on what that government is doing. Now they print and broadcast “The Party Line” not unlike the press of the old Socialist Soviet Union.

The American people quickly caught on and turned to the “citizen journalists” who have taken to the World Wide Web to report the truth to their fellow citizens instantaneously no matter where in the world they happen to be. The citizen journalist must be brought to heel, because they present a definite threat to the Obama Regime and the New Socialist Government in America.

How long, I wonder, before the knocks on the door at 3 AM. How long before Obama’s secret agents begin to escort dissidents to Washington, to answer some questions about exactly what we meant when we published such words in our commentaries, which are splashed all across the World Wide Web.

The opening salvo has been fired. The show trials and the inquisitions have only just begun. Freedom and liberty cannot co-exist with socialism, Marxism, and communism. Being just a little bit socialist is much like being a little bit pregnant.

The Mid Term Elections in November will decide America’s fate. Either we toss out as many socialists as we possibly can, or we seal our fate as a socialist/communist nation. America cannot be a little bit socialist.

Surely, you didn’t believe President Obama when he declared there would be drilling for oil off the east of America, did you? Nah! Say it ain’t so!

Look, the truth is – many Americans alive today will never receive the benefit from a single drop of oil pumped from beneath the seafloor off the coast of the Eastern US, including the waters of my beloved Carolina coast.

Always, always, read the fine print. When you do you will learn a simple truth. There will be years and years of studies and hearings and court cases to supposedly determine the feasibility of drilling in these just opened areas. Should those multiple studies, somehow, find it IS feasible, then the environmentalists will step in and begin the years of challenges in the courts. As I said, many of us will not live long enough to see one drop of oil from those “fantasy wells” some 100 miles, or so, off our coast.

The same goes for the promised Nuclear power plants, as well. It simply ain’t gonna happen.

So what is this all about? It is all about “Cap and Trade.” Unlike some folks believe, Obama has not given up, nor has he forgotten his beloved Cap and Trade Bill, which he intends to ram down the throats of Americans -- much as he did ObamaCare. The promises of drilling for oil off the east coast and the new nuclear power plants is nothing more than lubricant for the “shafting” Americans are, once more, about to receive from the Obama Regime and his cohort of socialists and Marxists in the White House and the Congress.

Face it, dear reader, Obama is ruling much as a dictator. A benign dictator? No. So far as this scribe is concerned, there is no such thing.

The limp-wristed liberals will declare Obama’s dictatorial actions are “tough love.” They will declare “it is all for our own good.” That is pure bovine scatology! Just keep THAT in mind when you are pumping 6 to 8 dollars a gallon gasoline into your car’s gas tank in a few months.

Americans don’/t much care for dictators – benign or otherwise. Our American ancestors fought a revolution to free themselves from a dictator, a tyrant, a king, a man who held their very lives in his hand. Americans freed themselves, wrote a constitution, and created a government called a constitutional republic in which the government could govern only with “the consent of the governed.” From the 18th to the 21st century Americans fought, bled, and died to ensure the preservation of this republic. Then in 2006 and 2008, we gave it away – at the ballot box, no less!

Americans made a grave error. In the space of 5 years America’s current government has taken America from a constitutional republic to a strong, socialist, central government.

It is time to get real. It is time to focus on the things that matter in America -- and to Americans. If America is to survive ObamaCare must be repealed. Obama’s Cap and Trade Bill must be defeated, or repealed, and we Americans must retake our government, at the ballot box, and secure it from such threats as socialism, Marxism, communism and, yes, progressivism.

You have heard it said -- and read it as well, that the coming election in November, just 7 months from now, will be the most important election in the history of America. It is not an overstatement. It CANNOT BE OVERSTATED! Either America returns to the constitution’s way of government and preserves its freedom, or we will continue deeper and deeper, straight into the bowels of a socialist, and finally, a communist hellhole.

Remember in November – and vote for freedom.

Will Obama Suspend the Mid Term Election?

More and more politics watchers are coming around to the conclusion that the scheduled Mid-Term Election in November of 2010 will be a political bloodbath for the Democratic Party. It is beginning to appear as if the democrats may, indeed, lose control of BOTH houses of the Congress. As a conservative I can only hope and pray they do.

But – the democrats lust for power is so great and their zeal for socialism so intense, that I cannot see them allowing their hold on power to be placed in jeopardy by, of all things, an election where the voice of the people is actually heard.

So, the question must be asked: Will Obama and the socialist/democrats in our government suspend, postpone, or “call-off” the Mid Term Election scheduled for this coming November?

First we must remember that Obama promised during the presidential campaign to bring “Fundamental Change” to the United States. I do not believe a person alive in America today could doubt his sincerity when he said that. Plus, the evidence of that fundamental change is right before our eyes, and in our wallets. In less than eighteen months the Obama Regime has managed to take America from a constitutional republic to a socialist republic. That accomplishment alone should give you reason enough to suspect that when their power is threatened they will use the full force of the Central Government to ruthlessly crush any and all who they perceive as a threat. At this moment in history, a threat is anyone, any American, who does not agree with them.

What the Obama Regime needs is a national crisis of some kind, a national emergency, in order to suspend the election in November. There is much talk about the Obama Regime declaring marital law as the result of a national emergency. That would take care of the election.

Next question: Who decides what a national emergency is? You’ve got it -- the Obama Regime!

Ok. So now I am worried about a natural disaster such as a major hurricane striking the Eastern Seaboard this summer or this fall. As all of us who live in Hurricane Alley will attest, we know from experience that we are due a major strike.

All right, already! I KNOW this all sounds paranoid as the dickens! But understand this: A little paranoia in the face of danger can save your butt! Lord knows -- we are starring danger in the face every day the Obama Regime enjoys in power.

Will there actually be a Mid Term Election this year? I honesty wish I could answer affirmatively, but I fear the raw power on which the democrats are drunk may decide that for us. Understand this: there is nothing as dangerous to freedom in the US as a Progressive (Socialist) Democratic Party inebriated on raw power.

I can say this: The American people are a patient people. We will put up with a lot of nonsense from our government – for a while. But we draw the line when that government ignores the constitution, as the Obama Regime and the Democrats in the Congress have done. There is a seething rage in America today. It has cut to the quick many a patriotic American’s soul. There is a tidal wave of unrequited anger, roiled up and posed, ready to fling itself at a government it sees as a threat to America’s freedom and liberty. Woe be unto him who is caught in the deluge.

Look, some of us have a knack, a talent, a curse, call it what you will, of sensing huge changes around us well before they actually occur.

During the past few months I have sensed a change in the American atmosphere. Where there was anger, there is now rage. Believe me, there is a HUGE difference between anger and rage. Both are great motivators. but motivation by anger can be considered and well thought out. On the other hand, motivation by rage (or outrage) is often not well considered and thought out. It is more akin to lashing out, and is, therefore, to be avoided when it is possible.

But, my senses tell me it is too late to avoid the “lashing out” Americans are about to unleash.

Why do I even bring this up? I bring this up because -- at this very moment that tidal wave of anger and outrage is damed up, increasing in power and intensity, waiting, just waiting, for an incident that will knock the chocks from the dam wall holding back the cascade. Postponing, or suspending, the Mid-Term Election, currently scheduled for this coming November, would be the spark that ignites a firestorm that will consume all in its path.

But those in our nations legislature, intoxicated on their acquisition of more and more raw power, haven’t seemed to notice the shadow of liberty loving Americans looming over them as they celebrate.

Elections are a sort of safety valve in America. Without a safety valve to release unwanted pressure a boiler would soon explode. This coming Mid Term Election, in November, is one of the most important safety valves ever to exist. Shut it, remove it, or disable it, and believe me, the boiler will explode with unimaginable force.

If America was one huge computer, we could simply “reboot.” Of course we cannot do that – but many are saying we CAN “reset.” That is the aim of Americans in the coming Mid Term Election.

The federal government MUST be brought back under the control of the citizens and limited to only that power, and those particular powers, granted by the US Constitution. If Americans can accomplish that -- then most everything else can readily be taken care of -- and a return to constitutional republicanism in America restored.

I don’t even want to think about what will happen if we are unsuccessful in saving and restoring America at the ballot box in November. It MUST happen if America is to survive.

“The longest suicide note in history” is not a phrase I came up with. I stole it from some talking head on TV. For the life of me, I cannot remember his name. But, whoever said it was “spot on!”

This week the Democratic Party is scheduled to commit suicide. Their intention to ram ObamaCare, a socialized medicine bill, down the collective throats of a highly P.O.ed America will finish them off for the remainder of 2010 and most likely return them to the wilderness whence they came. For the record, we’d like to say: “Good Riddance!”

Susan Ferrechio, of the Washington Examiner, in an article entitled: “Democrats lack health care votes, but not bravado,” says the following: “Even though Democrats control 253 votes in the House, more than 40 in their party are refusing to vote for the bill because they don't like its tax on expensive insurance policies, subsidies for insurance policies that cover elective abortions, lack of cost containment and sweetheart deals for some senators.” Ms Ferrechio also says: “Congress intends to take up a second bill that corrects some of the provisions in the Senate bill that House members don't like, but that bill would have to be passed using a politically divisive parliamentary maneuver called budget reconciliation, which would require just 51 votes in the Senate.” You may read the entire article HERE.

Can you say “gridlock?” Why is the term gridlock important? Well, after ObamaCare is passed or killed, there will be an onset of gridlock on both sides of Capital Hill. There will be a dash for the goal line, at the Mid Term Election, this coming November. The Republicans will be charged by their constituents with blocking any moves by the Democrats, boxing them in, hemming them in, and generally neutralizing them until the nation can vote them out of office in November. THAT will be the primary job of the GOP now until November.

The Democrats, on the other hand, will be extremely busy “backing and filling” in a vain attempt to repair all the damage they will have done to their party. Plus, they will be trying, as best they can, to distance themselves from the their president, who, as it turns out, is the worst president in the history of the republic.

Out here in the hinterlands, the explosive conservative movement known as the Tea Party will be growing exponentially, and devising new ways to unseat unresponsive congresspersons and senators in the Mid Term Election. (By the way the word “TEA,” as in TEA PARTY, is an acronym. It stands for TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY!) But most of you knew that, already.

If the Kamikaze Congress does, indeed, pass ObamaCare into law, the battle cry from the voters of America will immediately become “REPEAL OBAMACARE.” Public relations campaigns are already being planned around the concept. Candidates who subscribe to a repeal of ObamaCare, and promise to work towards such a goal, will be virtual “shoo-ins” at the polls in November.

The democrats are deviously plotting a way, some way, ANY way to sneak ObamaCare through the US House without Democrats actually having to vote for it! They are scared “witless” of what they know is coming – a purge of the Congress.

They can possibly pass the bill by using the process of “self-executing” which entails attaching ObamaCare to another bill so that recorded votes will only show the democrats voted for the bill to which ObamaCare is attached, although ObamaCare would be passed at the same time as the bill to which it is attached.

As usual, the democrats think the American people are stupid. They REALLY think we will not discover who voted for ObamaCare. Of COURSE, we WILL -- and we will publish those finding for the world to see.

As we watch a vast number of political careers in Washington, DC come to an end this week, remember, we are watching history unfold right before our eyes.

In the months ahead more history will unfold as a citizen’s movement, of the conservative persuasion, reshapes the political landscape of America. When the dust settles, finally, after the election in 2012, the New America will resemble the Old America -- the Old America, which was more aligned with the US Constitution (as The Founders of this nation intended) and NOT as a socialist nation more akin to the socialist states of Europe.

ObamaCare MUST be defeated and the Congress and White House must be purged of the Socialists, Marxists, Progressives, and Communists if the union is to be preserved. That is the bottom line NOBODY wants to speak publicly about. The uncomfortable fact is, this nation cannot continue as 50 “united” states if she continues on the path our current crop of leaders have chosen for us. The differences are far too deep and the chasm is far to wide to ever be filled or bridged. A house divided cannot stand.

America must be rescued at the polls this coming November. May God, in his infinite wisdom, lend his assistance to the effort to preserve this noble experiment we call America.

“Democrats Prepare “Slaughter Solution” to Ram Unpopular Health Care Takeover Through Congress Without a Vote.

The twisted scheme by which Democratic leaders plan to bend the rules to ram President Obama’s massive health care legislation through Congress now has a name: the Slaughter Solution.

The Slaughter Solution is a plan by Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-NY), the Democratic chair of the powerful House Rules Committee and a key ally of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), to get the health care legislation through the House without an actual vote on the Senate-passed health care bill. You see, Democratic leaders currently lack the votes needed to pass the Senate health care bill through the House. Under Slaughter’s scheme, Democratic leaders will overcome this problem by simply “deeming” the Senate bill passed in the House - without an actual vote by members of the House.

An article in this morning’s edition of National Journal’s CongressDaily breaks the story, starting with the headline: “SLAUGHTER PREPS RULE TO AVOID DIRECT VOTE ON SENATE BILL.” You may read the entire article HERE.

National Journal’s Congress Daily says: "House Rules Chairwoman Louise Slaughter is prepping to help usher the healthcare overhaul through the House and potentially avoid a direct vote on the Senate overhaul bill, the chairwoman said Tuesday.

"Slaughter is weighing preparing a rule that would consider the Senate bill passed once the House approves a corrections bill that would make changes to the Senate version.

"Slaughter has not taken the plan to Speaker Pelosi as Democrats await CBO scores on the corrections bill. 'Once the CBO gives us the score, we'll spring right on it,' she said." Read the entire article HERE.

At the Washington Examiner they have an article titled: “House Democrats looking at 'Slaughter Solution' to pass Obamacare without a vote on Senate bill UPDATED!” In the article, the Washington Examiner asks the question: “Would House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her fellow House Democratic leaders try to cram the Senate version of Obamacare through the House without actually having a recorded vote on the bill?

Now, all of this happened a couple of days ago. But, I have to ask; just how low will the democrats stoop in order to ram this Socialized Medicine bill down the throats of the American people.

Now do you believe us? Now do you believe what we have been declaring for so long now? I mean, of course, our warnings that the Healthcare bill, ObamaCare, if you will, is NOT ABOUT HEALTHCARE? IT IS ALL ABOUT POWER! Yes! It is all about power for the Democrats, the Progressives, the Socialists, the Marxists, and the Communists that infest the White House and the Congress in America these days.

If America is to remain free, well, at least retain the few freedoms we haven’t already given away to a grasping federal government, we must, absolutely MUST, defeat the ObamaCare bill now floundering in the US House of Representatives.

My Congressman, Mike McIntyre, a democrat representing my US House District in North Carolina is sanding fast! He has consistently voted “no” on these outrageous healthcare bills. He is quoted into today’s Fayetteville Times as STILL standing pat with a great big “NO” vote. Larry Kissell, over in the neighboring US House district of North Carolina has also flatly stated that he will vote “NO” on the ObamaCare Bill -- and North Carolina Senator Burr stated he, too, will continue to vote “NO” on ObamaCare in the Senate.

As you can see by the Slaughter Solution, the cabal of democrats, Socialists, Progressives, Marxists, and Communists is bound and determined to grasp America by the throat and squeeze the freedom and liberties granted by the US Constitution to death. I mean, after all, they view the Constitution as an outdated list of suggestions that have outlived their usefulness and are, if anything, a roadblock, an impediment to their acquisition of absolute power over the people of America.

I read today a commentator who opined that republicans are telling Americans to be afraid. I have to tell you. If you are not afraid, in America today, then something is very wrong with you!

Americans ARE afraid – and they are angry! Need I remind the Socialists, Marxists, the Communists and the Progressives, there is nothing on the face of God’s green earth as dangerous as a P.O.ed American!

Even if we manage to kill ObamaCare aborning, the backlash has already begun. P.O.ed Americans are going to the polls this coming November on a mission. A mission to rid the halls of Congress of as many Socialists, Marxists, Progressives, Communists, AND DEMOCRATS as they possibly can.

We are fighting for our liberty these days. Most Americans, although slow to understand what was really happening with the Obama Regime’s assault on the constitution, have finally gotten hold to the truth and have awakened to the “clear and present danger” Obama and his minions present for freedom and liberty in America.

When Americans came to realize Obama had surrounded himself with Communists, Marxists, Progressives, and Socialists in the White House --, they were shaken to their core! Now, however, they are angry and they have vowed to take back their country.

We have a long and difficult summer ahead of us. The Democrats understand that the gig is up. They understand they have been caught red-handed and they also understand that their days are numbered in positions of power in the Congress and in the White House. So, between today, and Election Day in November, they will be trying every trick in the book to move their agenda forward. We, the conservative opposition, must be equally as cunning and as tireless in our efforts to block them at every turn, to hem them in, to box them in, and neutralize them until they can be voted out of office and our constitution and our country rendered safe once again.

In the meantime, we must not let up, one little bit, with our opposition to the socialized medicine bill referred to as ObamaCare. We absolutely must defeat it. The we must turn our attention to the “New Amnesty Bill” called The Comprehensive Immigration Bill, the intent of which is to provide a “pathway to citizenship” for those illegal aliens already in our country after having broken our laws and entered as a thief in the night, or burglars enter our homes. And then -- there is Cap and Trade -- a massive, massive, tax on energy for every American, man, woman, and child. Of course, there will be much, much, more.

America was sold a “bill of goods!” by the Obama Campaign. North Carolina bought that “bill of goods.” Today it is paying the price. North Carolina has the highest unemployment since the great depression at over eleven percent. Our sister state, South Carolina is in much the same condition. Both states have at least one “Progressive” senator. In South Carolina it is Lindsey Graham and in North Carolina is in Kay Hagen. Both must be called home and relieved of duty in the Senate as soon as possible. Barring that -- they must be made aware of the feelings of their constituents toward their behavior in lending “aid and comfort” to the Obama Regime and our “rogue” Congress. They must be brought in line and kept in line by public pressure until they can be relived at the ballot box.

Freedom isn’t free. One of the costs is “eternal vigilance.” We can never, not for one minute, take our eyes off the Congress and the White House.

If, as I suspect, our national economy goes from bad to worse, over the coming months, the struggle for complete and absolute power by the government over the people will heat up. We must resist. Somehow, someway we must not allow this great experiment, called America, to be
strangled by an All Powerful Central Government.

The former poet laureate of South Carolina, author James Dickey once defined a “Southern Gentleman” as “a man with a Bible in one hand and a cannonball in the other.” Well, as I like to think of myself as a Southern Gentleman, I have just served up my cannon ball, now -- I will offer my Bible. From the scriptures we glean this bit of everlasting wisdom:

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” – 2 Chronicles 7:14.

If you know HOW to pray, may I suggest that NOW is exactly the time for you to put it into practice?

The National I. D. Card will guarantee the federal government’s complete control over every man, woman and child in the US, period!

If you want the government to have total control over your life, then do nothing and very soon we will all be carrying that blasted National I. D. Card.

A National I. D. Card will grant the federal government the power to reach into the everyday lives of people living in this country on an unprecedented level.

If you are one of the few, (rare) Americans, these days, who actually believes in freedom -- actually believes you have a God-given right to privacy, actually believes the you are entitled to the freedoms and liberties outlined in the original Constitution of the United States -- then you had better rise up and fight for them because we are on the extreme edge of losing them and becoming slaves to the all powerful Central Government the “Progressives” such has Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Democratic Senator Charles Shumer of New York apparently want for their fellow Americans.

At “crimefilenews.com” we read the following:

“Washington, DC—There may be benefits to this idea. What we really get is a greater Police State. This is about total control over every man woman and child. The power connected to those with access to the database is absolute. .......... " Read the entire story HERE.

I recently saw a reminder, on the internet, concerning the 2,000-year-old prophecy, in The Bible, that tells of a time when every living person must have a number, a mark, if you will, in order to buy and sell. The writer went on to say that up to the current time, this prophecy could not be accomplished. But now, with the advent of computers, it can be fulfilled and -- it appears -- our own government will be in the vanguard of the nations ordering its citizens to have such a mark, such a number. Could it be “The National I. D. Card?”

As a person who values his privacy I must ask: who will have access to my personal information?

A National I. D. Card could hold huge troves of information. It could include information such as: where you live, where you have lived in the past, information on your family, information on your religion and information on your ObamaCare "Public Option” Government-run Insurance policy, plus more information on your education, and even the registration of your guns!

Think about it. A National I. D. Card will, most likely, contain your fingerprints, a scan of your iris, or even your DNA profile on it.

Of a necessity there must be a National Database containing continually updated personal information. We already know that once that database is created by the government, it will grow larger and larger and more encompassing.

How are we going to know who would seek access to our information and how can we be sure that permission won’t be granted?

A few months back I wrote the following:

“I have to ask: what is wrong with Americans? Are we sheep to be herded by a National Shepherd? Where is the individualism that won this country from the British and then stretched it across the entire continent to the shores of the Pacific? Even the oceans could not hold back our burning desire for FREEDOM! Yet, today, we are begging the federal government to take our freedoms away! This is scandalous! This borders on cowardice of the highest magnitude!

Are we so quick to give back the liberties bought with the precious blood of our forefathers, our ancestors, and in many cases our immediate relatives? In cemeteries all over the globe lie the bodies of American men and women who put their lives on the line and shed their blood up to the "last full measure" to ensure you and I the freedoms we are now begging the Federal Government to take away!

Our national motto is: "In God We Trust." Apparently it’s a lie! If we truly placed our trust in God we would not be so hasty to misplace it in a government, which is already too big and intrusive.”

We are told the National I. D. Card will help in the fight against illegal immigration. How exactly? Illegal aliens will continue to slip across an unsecured border and they will continue to work for cash under the table -- as has been noted by others.

No, a National I. D. Card is just another way for the federal government to gain control over the masses. That’s you and me.

I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me. I am proud of my ancestors some of whom were bootleggers and smugglers. They left me more than fond memories. They left me with a strong distrust of government. I think that distrust is healthy. They left me something else as well. They made me understand that the government is not responsible for me. They taught me that a man is always responsible for himself. They taught me the more I depended on government the more dependence government would require until I had nothing left to give -- and then I would find that I was a slave to that government.

The National I. D. Card must be stopped. Contact your congressperson and your senators and let them know how you feel about the government having complete control over you. Remind them that the Mid-Term Election is coming up in November and you intend to vote.

In this Constitutional Republic we call America; it is up to us, the citizens, to keep our government on a short rein. Indeed, it is our duty, as citizens, to keep the tentacles of government out of our every day existence. They have no business there. We must be wary of "Knee-Jerk" responses to danger, real or imagined, such as I believe the National I.D. Card to be. If the government wants to "Card" somebody, why not make every one not a citizen of this country carry one (an I.D. card) while inside our borders?

As I look about me today, at modern day America, I have to conclude we have failed at the single most important task we have as adult Americans. That task is to preserve freedom in this country… to guarantee a future for our children in a free nation.

A National ID card is much the same as a tattooed number on your forearm. It is proof of ownership… by someone other than you.

If natural progression holds true, next will come the National RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip implanted at birth. It will broadcast a radio signal all the days of your life telling the government who you are, and where you are, at all times. National ID, of any kind, takes away one of your basic rights, the right to privacy.

It is time to get a grip, America! Our National Anthem says: “…The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.” Well, don’t you think it is about time we began to act like it? A National ID card would say to the world just the opposite.

The Obama Regime has tapped Senators Charles Shumer D-NY and Lindsey Graham R-SC to create a Comprehensive Immigration Bill. The bill was supposed to have been introduced and passed into law during Obama’s first year in office. But a little thing called “ObamaCare” and “ObamaCare 2.0” got in the way. Not to mention, a recession and, lest we forget -- the near total collapse of the American economic system. So, immigration was pushed back aways.

Well, this week, the President will be meeting with Shumer and Graham for a progress report on the immigration bill they have been working on.

I think we all are aware of what “revised” means to the Obama Regime. Think ObamaCare and ObamaCare 2.0. The latter was supposed to be the revised bill. It was, in fact, the original bill with a couple, or three, Republican suggestions thrown in to make it more palatable to the GOP and the American people. But, as nobody has actually seen a hard copy of the bill, doubt remains that ObamaCare 2.0 even exists.

This time around we are to be presented with a “revised” version of The Amnesty Bill dating all the way back to the Bush Administration. Oh, it will be called something other than “The Amnesty Bill.” In fact, they are already referring to it as “The Comprehensive Immigration Bill.” But you and I know it is the same bill, the one we referred to as The Amnesty Bill.

Once again we will be called upon to rally and throw as many roadblocks as we can into the path of The NEW Amnesty Bill before the Obama forces can push the monstrosity through the Congress.

Many months ago Obama answered a reporter’s question concerning so-called “immigration reform” which, translated, means: “Amnesty” for illegal aliens hiding in the US today. Here’s what the President said: “Now, am I going to be able to snap my fingers and get this done? No,” said Obama. “This is going to be difficult; it's going to require bipartisan cooperation. There are going to be demagogues out there who try to suggest that any form of pathway for legalization for those who are already in the United States is unacceptable. And those are fights that I'd have to have if my poll numbers are at 70 or if my poll numbers are at 40. That's just the nature of the U.S. immigration debate. But ultimately, I think the American people want fairness," Obama continued. “And we can create a system in which you have strong border security, we have an orderly process for people to come in, but we're also giving an opportunity for those who are already in the United States to be able to achieve a pathway to citizenship so that they don't have to live in the shadows, and their children and their grandchildren can have a full participation in the United States. So I'm confident we can get it done.” That, dear reader, is the President of the US speaking.

I shouldn’t have to ask this question, but it seems I must. Have you stopped to consider how many millions more will pile onto “the dole” US taxpayers will have to support if this NEW amnesty bill passes? 12 million is a drop in the bucket to the REAL figure, which you are NOT going to hear bandied about by this administration, nor the democrat/progressive/socialists in the Congress.

Just as we believe the REAL unemployment figure is closer to 20% than it is to the 9.7% being reported by the government, and the number of jobs lost last month, we believe, is closer to 50,000 than it is to the 36,000 the government reported, we believe the real figure representing illegal aliens in America today is closer to 36 million than to the 12 million, or so, the government has been reporting.

Obama and the democrats/progressives/socialists must REALLY think the average American is an idiot! Why, they are so disconnected from the reality in America today that they have no idea the odor they get a whiff of every now and again is the tar and feathers being prepared in their honor!

A few of the Congressmen and Senators attending some of the town hall meetings have felt the heat. But not enough - not nearly enough, to put the fear of God into them! A few of our nation’s legislators have seen the handwriting on the wall and have already headed for the exits. They are not waiting for the political blood bath that awaits the Democratic Party this coming November AND the Republican Party, as well, if they do not shape up and listen to what their constituents are asking -- no -- demanding they do on ObamaCare AND on The New Amnesty Bill.

Senator Lindsey Graham, of South Carolina, is in very hot water at home and his chances of surviving a challenge in November are certainly not assured. Graham has buddied around with Senator John McCain far too often and the folks at home are not happy about it – at all! He will be in even hotter water if he even hints at amnesty in the so-called Comprehensive Immigration Bill he and Senator Charles Shumer, of New York, are currently formulating.

It is incredible that Washington seems unable to sense the anger of the average US citizen toward relaxation of the immigration laws, especially toward the Hispanics who are flooding our country and straining our healthcare services, our educational services, and our welfare services to the breaking point? How can Congress and the President not know this? How?

Common sense dictates that they MUST know this. So, why the continued refusal to secure our southern border? Why not return those illegal aliens to Mexico or their country of origin? Instead, the US government is pushing for a law to make those who are already here illegally… legal? You have to wonder if they are nuts!

No, they are not nuts. As we have learned, they just don’t care what you and I think, or want, or NOT want, as the case may be. We don’t count with the current government. They are far smarter than we. They know far better than we what is good for us.There is very little fear of our dissenting votes in Washington, anymore.

The progressive/socialists have managed to secure the votes of the less literate among us in such large numbers as to override our dissenting votes. We warned, months ago, that the progressive/socialists had dispatched armies of “helpers/organizers” into the field to register “new” voters from among those whose livelihood depends on the government check they receive the first of each month. And it worked in 2008.

Finally, consider this: When you add to those legions the millions of illegal aliens who will be voting for the progressive/socialists -- as soon as the Obama Regime pronounces them “legal,” – one can readily see that you and I will be overruled at the ballot box in perpetuity.

If The New Amnesty Bill is passed we will truly lose what little bit of America we currently have left… forever.

If there are any Republicans left in Congress with “common sense” they will not show up to receive their browbeating by Obama.

This whole theatrical production is designed to belittle Republicans and make them look as bad as possible and apply another layer of blame on them.

I have alerted my senators as to my feelings on this strong arm tactic by the Obama Regime. I have asked them not to attend. I also assured them I am still flat out opposed to ANY program of socialized medicine for the American people.

If you are one who believes the democrats will agree to trash their original Obamacare plans you need to seriously reconsider -- because they won’t. Oh, they will make the offer publicly, but they have no intention of giving one inch, and neither should the balking republicans.

I say again, the majority of Americans do not want government-run socialized medicine. The progressives/socialist/Marxists/democrats are dead set on ramming it down our throats despite that fact. This so-called healthcare summit with the Obama Regime is just another way to do that ramming.

This is “strong arm” politics at its worst. As of this writing Obama’s plan, the one he intends to present to the republicans at the “summit” has no republican backers. Obama’s plan still mandates that Americans have healthcare. It would force insurance companies to accept applicants with preexisting conditions. Of COURSE, that SOUNDS good, until you remember that if insurance companies are forced to accept bad risks, YOUR insurance premiums will shoot through the roof to compensate those insurance companies for the losses they will incur as a result of signing up people who are already sick.

Obama’s plan will cut Medicare payments to doctors to the degree that a huge portion of America’s doctors will simply stop seeing Medicare patients. And, frankly, I don’t blame them one bit.

In other words it is the same ObamaCare that recently stalled in the Congress for lack of support by the American people. Why? Because the American people do not want it! How much plainer can we be?

A warning to the Congress is in order. If the Congress passes Obamacare, the political blood letting of incumbents in the Mid Term Election, this coming November, will be even greater than it is expected to be today.

Congresspersons and Senators who vote for ObamaCare should begin looking for the nearest exit! As someone said the other day: You can “stick a fork in them ‘cause they’re DONE!”

America must neuter Obama in November 2010. We can do that by voting out those incumbents supporting ObamaCare.

WE can do it -- and we must -- if we have any hope, at all, of remaining a free capitalist nation instead of the socialist dung heap the democrats/Progressives/socialists and Marxists in our government today are trying so hard to make us. America must rid itself of the socialist oligarchy ruling America today through executive orders issued from the Oval Office.

We can do it -- and we must begin right now.
