Democrats Roll Out Racism in Presidential Race Campaign

Already those of us who don't support Obama and are actively working to see that he is not reelected are being termed as racists.

I assure you -- it was not unexpected.

Now.  Let me tell you what IS racism.  Anytime ninety some-odd percent of the black electorate casts their ballot for a black president -- that's  plain, overt, racism.

Let's be clear.  I don't like Obama the man.  And I don't like Obama's politics ... period.  if that makes me a racist, then so be it.

I'm not a socialist -- and I despise socialism.  Mr. Obama is an adherent of/to socialism.   Immediately, that places us in different camps.

Obama is a cold narcissist and he is distant with an inherent disability to connect, on a meaningful level, with other human beings.

He is cold toward everyone else because, as a narcissist,  no one besides him, of course, has any value.

The man will lie -- even when he doesn't have to do so.  All politicians lie, but some seem to revel in it.  Obama falls in the latter category.

Peggy Noonan, in a piece she wrote for the Wall Street Journal a couple of years ago, has referred to Obama's coolness as the dark side of cool.  Ms. Noonan said:  " He is cold, like someone who is contained not because he’s disciplined and successfully restrains his emotions, but because there’s not that much to restrain. This is the dark side of cool. One wonders if this will play well with the American people. Long-term it is hard to get people to trust your policies if they think you’re coolly operating on some intellectual or ideological abstractions."

Back in January of 2010, I wrote:  I can't get past the feeling that something inside Obama is broken -- or missing -- something in the "emotions" department of his persona.  He strikes me as being detached from the situation he is addressing as well as from those around him.

I still feel that way.

Look.  I don't want him to wear his emotions on his sleeve.  That would be unseemly for anyone, let alone a man who is supposed to be the leader of the formerly free world.  But a spark of warmth toward his fellow men would be nice.

Obama is much more than a democrat.  I have friends who are liberal democrats and they resemble right wing firebrands when compared to Obama.

Obama is a "Statist." "Statists tend to favor a great deal of government control over individual behavior and over the economy. That's why WordIQ.com defines "statism" as "any social or political system in which state intervention plays a major role." The Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary defines it as a "concentration of economic controls and planning in the hands of a highly centralized government."

Now, all these are the reasons I don't care for, and will not support, Obama.  None of them have anything, whatsoever, to do with the color of his skin.

But, hey, if it makes you happy to believe otherwise, then -- knock yourself out.

It has been a given from day one of the first Obama campaign that racism would be a tool, and, indeed, a weapon, which would, undoubtedly, be deployed against the unbelievers like me. We have not been disappointed.  We have been bludgeoned by it.

But we haven't gone away.  We're still here -- and there is a whole lot of fight left in us yet. The next five months, or so, will be a slug-fest -- right down to the wire.

A few days ago, I heard a talking head on TV remark that Obama has been the most polarizing President in the history of the United States.  (Lincoln immediately sprang to MY mind. But I digress.)  The man seemed stunned, shocked, surprised by Obama's ability to split the country as he has so successfully done.  I wanted to grab the guy by both shoulders and shake him and ask:  "Where have you been?  What are you smoking?"
That Obama would drive a wedge right down the middle of the country was as evident as a wart on a baby's nose during the campaign prior to the 2008 campaign.    All one had to do -- was be willing to see it.

The fact that Obama has polarized the country is no surprise to those of us who have been around the block a few times. That was a given from the “git go.” The country is split, almost exactly in half, over Obama’s plans for the country. I count myself, proudly, amongst that half who wanted to see Obama's presidency fail, utterly, and his plans and machinations all come to naught.  

Remember when Rush Limbaugh was reviled for saying that?   Rush was only saying what many Americans were feeling, myself included.

When a leader is attempting to fundamentally change a country from a free constitutional republic to a socialist dung heap, whose citizens are slaves to the state from cradle to grave, you're darned right -- I want him to fail. 

If I am right, and Obama wins a second term, things are going to get exponentially worse in the "Polarization Department" as the months and years go by.   By 2016 America may well be an armed camp with Americans at each other's throats -- very much as we were in the mid 19th century.  That resulted in the bloodiest struggle in the history of the North American continent.  When a nation goes to war with itself, the rule book goes out the window.

It is true that conservatives want to take the country back.  Back to WHAT, the democrats ask?  Back to the constitution upon which the country was founded, we answer.

And that scares the bejesus out of the left.

Back when Obama was sworn in, the constitution was lightly considered, found to be inconvenient for his socialist agenda, and it has been blatantly ignored.

Obama has made an art of by-passing the people's legislature and ruling by executive order and recess appointments.  It is just more evidence of his belief in the fundamental of socialism -- a  strong central government --  and -- his belief in statism. 

Racism?  Give me a break!  Those of us opposed to Obama are so busy objecting to (and fighting) his policies we don't have time to notice the color of the man's skin! 

We are ALL racists to some degree.  Racism has always BEEN with us and will always BE with us.  Civilized people learn to live with it and be a productive society.

Besides, I submit that racism, in and of itself, is not the most pressing problem.  I find, much worse, the philosophy of some who deliberately raise racism to a form of paranoia amongst their fellowman with the intent to create hate, which they then channel in nefarious ways for personal gain.  THAT is unforgivable.

It is not the color of Obama's skin that I dislike.  No.  It is his socialist/Marxist agenda that I wholly, un-apologetically, despise.
